个人简介
陈诚，本科毕业于浙江大学，硕士及博士毕业于美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校（UIUC），随后于美国匹兹堡大学医学中心（UPMC）进行博士后研究。主要从事食品营养与人类健康的研究，聚焦食品的功能性成分与人类营养、慢性病的饮食调控以及健康管理。发表SCI论文十余篇，并多次在国际会议发表摘要及口头报告。先后参与美国国立卫生院NIH R01项目两项，主持浙江省教育厅科研计划项目1项。
